10:30am Father’s Day Service
For Fathers’ Day 2019 Pastor Elliott preaches a sermon on “Legacy.” King David’s legacy is examined in order to challenge the fathers in our Assembly to leave a godly legacy behind them.

Important Reminder! Each week be sure to note your attendance on the pad in the pew pocket. The sheets can be left in your pew for collection later. It helps us to better care for you.
Monday Night Prayer Prayer meetings will resume on September 2nd.
Vacation Bible School 2019 This year’s VBS “ROAR! Life is Wild • God is Good” is planned for next month, June 24th-28th. Volunteer forms can be picked up from Pastor Nicholas’ office door.
Registration forms are now available from Pastor Nicholas’ door! All kids in K5 to Grade 6 are welcome to register. The cost is only $20 per child for the week!
If you would like to help with sending some of our CrossTrainers clubbers to VBS you can give the money to Pastor Nicholas or place in an envelope in the offering bag earmarked CT/VBS.
Baptism Service The next Believers’ Baptism will be on Sunday, July 7th at Montagu Beach at 3:00pm. Speak to any Pastor for more information.
Women’s 20th Annual Retreat A great big “THANK YOU” to all of the ladies who have satisfied their 50% deposit, to date. The balance is due by September 1st. Payments may be made to the church’s office, Joan Pinder, Veda Rolle, Bernice FitzGerald or Charlene Stuart. Look for any of these ladies.
Operation InAsMuch The 65 bags given over the past week brings the total to 89,679. We need your help! Your continued support is greatly appreciated
Save the Date! Our Annual Church Family Picnic will be held on Wednesday July 10th at Nirvana Beach. Buses will leave the church at 10:00am and from Nirvana at 5:00pm or you can drive out yourself. There’ll be food, fun and games for the whole family.
Scripture Memory Challenge The Father’s Day Committee challenges the congregation to a scripture memory competition. The challenge is to memorize & recite as many of the fatherhood related passages from the flier in the foyer. A winner will be announced at the Father’s Day service. See any of our pastors or deacons (with name badges) to arrange a recitation time. Open to all ages!!
Men’s Retreat SUPERCLUBS BREEZES is the venue for this year’s annual Men’s Retreat. The dates are Friday, Nov. 15th through Sunday, Nov. 17th. “Children, wives, families…wouldn’t this make a great Father’s Day or early Christmas gift?…Reserve your space today!” For details see Wilfred Jack or Erold Farquharson.
Combined Service On Sunday, June 30th we will have another combined service at 10:30am. The focus will be on our youth.

Marriage is Honourable Event Pastor Rex Major is conducting his annual service honouring couples celebrating 50+ years. It will be held at Grace Community Church at 10:00am on Sunday, June 30th. Any couples who would like to participate in this service are asked to contact our church office to note your interest. You will then be contacted by Bro. Rex’s staff to be given full details.
